To convert your Matsui DVD 110 to a VCD player as well as DVD and AUDIO CD follow this simple step.
1. Power up the machine then insert an audio cd, let it recognise the cd then when the timer shows on the front of the machine press the following,
STOP BUTTON, MENU BUTTON, 9 BUTTON,
1/ALL BUTTON THEN THE OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON
a menu will appear saying 1.VCD ENABLE 2.VCD DISABLE
Press the 1 button on the remote and wait a few seconds then to remove the main menu press open and your player now supports VCD`s.

Will this enable viewing of VCD`s on CDR?
I know the machine doesn`t recognise CDR`s usually, but I thought I`d ask the question.

Nope, the 110 can`t recognise CDR.However,it will play original pressed VCD`s.

unfortunatly i dont know because i only have original vcd`s ifd any one knows out there please leave a message!

I have tryed it but i can`t get it to work.
What am i doing wrong.

Make sur its an audio CD (MUSIC CD) in the drive then let the player register the cd, when the front panel reads 00.00 press stop, then press menu, then press the number 9 key, then press the 1 / all key at the bottom of the remote, then press the open/close button. Finally press the number 1 button to enable VCD`s.

(A video cd is not the same as an enhanced music cd with PC features on it)
