Page 1 of A TV Show that should be a movie...

Or 2 rather.

Anticipating the Scooby Doo movie, I have been considering other TV shows that I would like on the big screen.

1: Captain Caveman

If they can do Scooby Doo they can do Cavey. A CGI Cavey would be just the ticket and the prospect of Brenda DeeDee and Taffy would be tastier than Charlie`s Angels.

2: The Men From UNCLE

Come on, this one`s begging for a remake. I always like this series more than Bond anyway, the gadgets were cooler and the Russian and American team of Solo and Kuryakin was pure fun. The theme tune was a killer too and an up to date remix would probably top the charts a la Mission Impossible.

Any one got any ideas

What about the invaders the ufo thing from the 60`s, also read that Randell and Hopkirk is to be a film.

I would really like to see a Buffy movie but with the cast of the TV show ie Alyson Hannigan or Emma Caulfield. It should be unconnected to the series so Angel and Cordelia can be in it (no Wesley).

Anyone know any news on the Simpsons film? Is it still being made or not?

Seriously though I know this isn`t a TV show but I think Grand Theft Auto could make a brilliant movie . It would also be the first movie based on a video game that was any good.

No question its got to be the A-Team, Mel Gibson as Hannibal (or Clooney), Brad Pitt as face, Jim Carey as Murdoch, the chap from the Green Mile as B.A and then any fit bird as Amy. Probably Tommy Lee-Jones as Colonel Decker. Any better suggestions?
