Page 1 of Freeview 301 and 302

Afternoon folks, just a wee note to let other F1 fans know that these channels have the warm ups on prior to all races now and also when a GP is coming up they show a race from the previous seasons. Not the full race but good enought to build up a wee collection if you wanted to record on a recorder/ dvd for posterity :)

If you scan the "Sky Satellite" with a free to view Satellite receiver, there are several `Streams` mostly on with sport of some sort, however they carry the race & lots of interviews. A couple of them may even be the same as Choagys 2 channels. Thats one way of getting some BBC, & indeed the race itself on a small dish here in Spain.

I reckon the only problem would be that some of the streams on a satellite might not be easily identifiable and you might have to scan through all the channels before you ended up on, hopefully, the right one :)

Choagy, not at all. They are not hidden. Off the top of my head there are about 8 streams, all together & they come up in any search. I think you have a FTV sat` receiver, if so try it, if not let me know & I`ll post the frequencies. :)

I have an old Silvercrest satellite receiver and as it has a better range than the Sky HD box could you maybe post the frequencies of the feeds mate.

BTW what do you think will happen to McLaren. I think they may get a two or three race ban, loss of all points.

I`m not sure, something has to happen to punish them but not kill F1. So you may be right.
