Anyone watching the 9/11 thing on BBC1??

Still seems like a movie watching the planes hit the towers...unbelievable.

And watching people jump chokes me up....what went through those peoples minds.

why take life so seriously..its not like you are going to make it out alive

It was an interesting programme. This time from inside the building.
It is still impossible to contain the images, and the things that go through your mind. It is just as if the mind can`t contain it, the imagery.
Awful.
Excellent programme though.

There was another programme on the NYFD firemen. They were making a documentary on a new rookie in one of the branches when they took the first shot ever seen of the first plane going into the tower.
Still shocks.
At the end they had a photograph of every New York fireman that was murdered (murdered) on that day to the song "Oh Danny Boy".
It was very moving.
