It is bloody tuesday and its still not even dispatched. The site says in stock and ships within 24 hours

What the hell is going on? I think i will stick to futureent. Much more reliable and they reply to emails. Play still havent replied to mine yet.

Maybe a problem with deliveries from america. I don`t think they hold much / any R1 stock.

Got my copy of Simpsons R1 today, mate got his yesterday from play. Play`s order tracking sometimes goes a bit wrong, e.g. stuff has been posted but doesn`t show as such on order history.

did you have it on pre-order for a while? I know I did, and I got my copy yesterday (Monday). I find it best to ring them than e-mail.

I think they probably have sold out their initial stock and waiting for further delivery, you are probably in a que. Be patient, you are getting them half price compare to R2.

Strange one that Di, as I recently ordered a CD for my son, a German band called Rammstein, title "Mutter". Play stated it was in stock, but nearly a week later still had not received it, and the site still said "Order placed"! I too e-mailed them, and it appeared to jolt them into sending the order, as the next day it stated "posted", although it took them another 2 days to reply to the mail. I doubt whether it had to come from the States, and it said `in stock` anyway. Have to be honest, between that and Ezy`s debacle over the 2001 2-disk set (still waiting!), some of our better suppliers seem to be struggling just a little, let`s hope it`s just a blip.

Got my `Simpsons` today..so they`re shipping out. Said they posted it on Friday. Not bad going - all things considered.

Have no complaints after recent events. Ordered A Knight`s Tale on Thursday last week, despatched Friday. The web-site changed Saturady stating the disc was RCE. Whilst the Hitachi will play the movie the extras would be unaccessible. E-mailed them with my predicament and the late notification of RCE. Received a response yesterday apologising for the late info and asking that I return the disc for a full refund. Disc received & returned to Play today. Well pleased!

I live in the North West of England and have ordered twice from Play and each time have received the disc within 48 hours. The last time was last Thursday when I called around 2pm in the afternoon, placed 4 orders, including A Knight`s Tale, and this landed on my doorstep at 8.30am on Saturday morning. Can`t fault that - delivery in less than 48 hours.

I went down the bank today and found that they debited my account on the 25th which means i should have gotten it today. It still says processing on the site and they say they havent any stock at the mo. If i dont get it tmrw im gonna do something. They cant debit my account if they aint got it in stock.
