138-1 at lunch and no McGrath. Not saying we`ll definitely do it but this has got to be a real opportunity to get back into this series :)

Vaughan`s was certainly a poor shot to a ball that was too full and not there to be pulled but I don`t see how Bell played a rash shot.

He played a forward defensive to a ball that was in the corridor and didn`t quite get a big enough stride in, but it certainly wasn`t a rash shot.

Yep , I stand corrected , their was not a lot Bell could of done , I`ve now seen a reply of the dismissal .

Personally I would of stood tall and driven it off the back foot .... well in my dreams anyway ! :D

I can`t remember how he was out in the first innings at Lords so IMO Bell has been unfortunate with at least 2 of his 3 dismissals - he was decieved (as were most of our batsmen) by Shane Warne in the second innings at Lords and recieved a brilliant delivery from Kasprowicz today. I hope he has a good knock in our second innings because he is a fine batsman who deserves a long run in the test side.

I hope the pitch is a bit more responsive tomorrow as our bowlers can run through the Aussies knocking them over for about 200.

Well, I`m still pretty optimistic - despite Warne managing to turn the ball sideways during that final over.

250 should do it I reckon :)
