Untouchable Dodgy Powerseller

This powerseller sells copied CDR items on ebay and no matter how many times I report him to Ebay, they do nothing about it.

The only thing I can work out that might be on CDR is World of Beauty: Stockings, thongs, and heels, Mature World (older women), Larger Ladies, Lesbian interest pics.

So is that your thing?

Also judging by what else he sells as well he seems like a decent seller, that`s just selling ordinary stuff.

So I`m not suprised E-Bay isn`t doing anything.

I purchased manuals from him and they were all copies downloaded off the internet.

I could have sworn ebay did not allow items copied on CDRs for sale?

Amazingly I tried to sell some alternative car manuals and mine got pulled.

Ebays fantastic double standards again, where powersellers can sell whatever they want and stop others from competing.

my wife recently had a problem with a seller who claimed she had lost the item we bought (she did not get the amount of money she wanted for the item but she didn`t put a reserve on it ) she then relisted the item :/ so we negged her, she then negged us back (feedback hostage taker >:( ) & she bid on one of my wifes auctions at the last minute to spoil it, we reported her to ebay & paypal, within 3 days the user was banned & the negatives my wife received where removed so she now has 100% feedback again :) so to all who say ebay Never do anything :p

but i do (partially) agree with ironmonkey, the amount of dodgy dvd`s on ebay is a complete scandal & ebay has a responsibility to sort it out, but as far as i can see they do VERY little about it >:(

IronMonkey, if you`re really bothered about it, find out who has the copyright on the downloaded manuals and let them know.

On the other hand, I have to ask - why didn`t you just download the manuals yourself? If it costs to download them, and this seller sold them to you for less than that cost, then surely you`re still quids in?
