Page 1 of need your help at interviews

I have an interview on wednesday and can not think of any of the usual questions they ask at interviews so i can get my answers worked out.

Can anyone make suggestions and serious answers.

Why are you leaving/did you leave your current/last employer?

We would like to contact your previous boss as a reference, is this satisfactory, yes or no ?

As per Rass, what are your strengths/weaknesses? Also, name an occasion in your previous job where you really made a difference.

if there are two people interviewing you make sure you make eye contact with both... if just one asks you a question, this still applies, don`t alienate the other one.
If you are a hand-waver (I am) keep `em still. Be relaxed and be confident.
They`ve gone you in, so you must be able to do the job, remember they want you to be good as much as you do.
