I like mustard whether French, English, smooth or wholegrain. But, as Chico Marx said in Monkey Business, Quote:
Mustard`s no good without roast beef.

English and strong enough to blow your head off - that`s quality mustard. Make my own from powder - the ultimate roast accompaniment, also great with sausages!

Like both.

Bu prefer French, but not the fake french you get in restaurants (you know the stuff - dark brown). The real stuff from France is much better. Went off English a bit when they started toning down the "blow your head off" factor.

plus, French mustard makers Maille make loads of different types of mustard. Especially good is their Provencale type (has herbs and red peppers in it). Mostly you can only get the different varieties in France but sometimes you see them in bigger branches of some supermarkets.

Made LOTS of Honey and Mustard sauce over the BBQ period this year.

English mustard smeared over pork chops and grilled.. Drool..
