I`m a programmer hired by a large American multi-national to write software for the government. Sounds way cooler than it really is! :D

I would love to run a bar somewhere hot (and be rich enough not to care if I open on time or not!)

I teach music part time in a secondary school in Burton-on -Trent & I work part-time for the family business operating coach holidays. I always wanted to get into sound engineering as a career but I`m totally colour-blind, so that door was closed pretty damned firmly many moons ago.

Oh, and I still dream that the band I`m in will one day make me famous 8)

I admire you Haggis! It`ll be worth it one day when you get there...I guess the theme of this thread was more about `what you do` (reality) and `what you`d like to do` (fantasy). You`ve confused me now by merging the two! Well done mate! Stick at it and best of luck... ;)

I`m and Urban Designer and Landscape Architect, which is exactly what i want to do, wouldn`t be doing it otherwise ;)

That said, i would prefer to have my own company, and also own a bar that i could run as a `hobby` - its what i am aiming for.. 8)
