Where they listed as in stock on the web site?

I have ordered a few time.

For example I ordered on the Friday and got my films on Tuesday.

On the Invoice it says they are shipped from North America, but never had a problem with no delivery.

Regards.

Paul.

I`m not very impressed with Futureent. I ordered X-Men, Enter the Dragon and Se7en last Saturday, all of which were in stock, but still no sign.

After a phone call it appears that they have no stock of Se7en, and won`t for a week, Enter the Dragon had been out of stock but had `just been posted` and X-Men was sent on Wednesday and must be `delayed in the post`.

As you can see, not a good state of affairs. Why did it take them from Saturday until Wednesday to ship X-Men? OK, granted the weekend constituted some of the time, but three days is still a bit steep.

They should update their bloody website if titles are out of stock, as I wouldn`t have ordered from them if I`d known.

Still, at least they use recorded delivery now. I had to p*** about for ages trying to get them to send me a replacement Donnie Brasco SE before Christmas. I don`t understand why companies don`t insist on recorded delivery, to protect themselves against fraudulent claims of discs going missing.

As a side note, I ordered Predator from Play on Wednesday and it turned up this morning. Three days - take note Future. Pity the picture quality on Predator sucks...

I think Future have a habit of being very inconsistent.
Luckily I`ve been ok with them - ordered T2:UE, Toy Story 1+2, and both arrived within a few days.
I`ve got Almost Famous on pre-order, so we`ll see if that turns up on Monday. They`ve already taken out the £15.99...

I`ve only ordered one film from them it was advertised as in stock. it took three weeks to arrive. This was during the rail probs before xmas and we had a local post strike for a few days. I rang up after a week or so to enquire where the disk was and was told they were awaiting new stock. They also charged me twice for it on my visa card. That took them two months to put right. I don`t think I`ll be using them again.
