if you mean region 2, rather than just u.k, then i`ve used dvdzone2 (belgian site) before (reliable, quickish, but not that cheap)

Great redirect - I was looking for a copy of Luc Besson`s Yamakasi after hearing about it on Passengers last week. Shipping is 2 euros for a single DVD.
