Page 1 of Predator 2 censor query

I know Predator (Region 2 release) is severely censored that`s why I bought the Region 1 release a couple of months ago.

Howvever, what I would like to know is which version of Predator 2 is the one to buy and where from? You cannot get it separately Region 1 or 2 and I have no idea which versions are censored and which aren`t.

I have seen it on EzyDVD quite cheap but again I do not know if it`s been censored. I know the cinema and video versions were.

According to the BBFC Predator 2 isn`t censored ?. Do you mean that the Brit version was edited before certification then ?.

The Australian release was censored in order to reduce the classification. The distributors wanted a lower rating in order to increase sales.

I know the British release of Predator 2 has not been cut but you cannot get this separately. What I would like confirmed is that they have used this version to produce the Region 4 DVDs as you can buy this individually.

I have heard that this is maybe the case but I am not 100% confident and do not want to spend money on an edited version.

The French Version of Predator 2 (region2) is totally uncut. NOTE : Only 30 secs have been trimmed from the British version.

Just had a look at interDVDs site, £29 is a bit much for any dvd if you ask me.
