Page 1 of The Punisher - DVD R1 release tomorrow, any good?

Hi all

Has anyone seen The Punisher (2004 version)?
Its out on DVD tomorrow for Region1 so I`ve preordered anyway from DVDSoon (might as well for £11!) but wondered if anyone has seen it and what they thought?

tommorow ? got mine on saturday :) and i thought it was very good, :) but a little slow in places.

I thought hellboy was a bit of a stinker tbh (tho i`ll still buy it & give it a proper chance) but comparing the two films is unfair, they are completly different types of movie, but if i had to pick, it`d be punisher.

Funny in places, but just simply didn`t do it for me :D

Oh well, Punisher`s on order now, we`ll see what it`s like when it turns up (cheaper than spending out on watching it at the cinema!...and listenening to the wife asking all those questions about who he is, and why`s he doing that...etc. etc. :))

Where did you order your`s from to get it 2 days early?!

I hated Hellboy, tried 3 times to watch it and get into it and never suceeded.
The Punisher i liked, it was probably one of the better movies i`ve seen so far this year.

computer fair, and i should mention it was there a week LAST saturday (and yes, it is the legitimat (sp) article and not a bootleg)
