mp3 Burning

Manni (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Friday, 19th January 2001, 10:55

I have heard that the best software for burning mp3 files is Nero 5.

I have a Encore and my mate has a Lecson, is the the best sofware to use for both? If not, what is best for which player?

Also is the burning method the same for both players?

Can you download Nero 5 from anyehere or do i have to buy the program?

The best and most reliable combination for all mp3 burning is nero 5 and the latest update off their web site and realplayer jukebox for the fastest disc stripping ,the nero disc stripper is alot slower and the sound is just as good.
Also if of interest, with the incd program if you have problems with the latest with a large hard drive try the older version with the nero 5 .This is the combination i use.

There`s also a handy user`s guide to Nero 5 for 450 owners on

http://www.area450.co.uk

under the Spec section (MP3 playback) written by Bedlam, which is dead useful !

Nero`s ripping defaults to 1x speed. You can click on the option and choose the maximum speed of the drive. I rip tracks at 24x without probs.

To download this, go to the german site (they have an English version)
I think it is www.ahead.de

or something like that.

One you have the demo downloaded you could always do a Google search for Nero 5 Keygen to unlock the full program.

Of course, that would be illegal but I am merely suggesting you could try this if you were that way inclined.

Nero is excellent. It uses a simple drag & drop facility. I`ve had no problems with this software.

Mail me rekcehctludA[at]moc.liamtoh and I will send you a zip file with more info if you want.
