RE: Futureent blatently rip us off!

I`ve just started using FutureEnt - but have used other DVD suppliers for several years. The Cheap DVD section does house many a bargain & it`s the first place I looked. I then checked to see if the cheap prices were reflected in their standard sections & found they weren`t. Not really an issue - it`d be nice, but loads of DVD sites are clunky, and if they aren`t, they used to be. Maybe FE will update things if they get enough `suggestions`. It`s reminds me of Amazon`s shifting prices a year or so ago, when they argued they were carrying out consumer tests. The thing then was to search a site properly before commiting to order...the same is true of FE now. They certainly seem to dispatch things in a timely fashion - some don`t.

DVDs popping out of cases can be annoying btw - Oz site EZYDVD stick bits of `pop sheets` in to cases to stop pop-outs. To be honest though, I`ve never had a fatal scratch yet - and 1 in 3 must be loose. Usually find that what looks like an evil scratch is actually the plastic of the case etched onto the DVD, which can be rubbed off.

RE: dvdboxoffice

Recently received X-Files Season 3...no customs. Never have had using these guys. My only complaint with them is the slow postage - sometimes 5-6 weeks.

RE: Battle Royale, a snip

Excellent! Bought it, along with The City of Lost Souls DVD (follow up film from the Audition director) and Ticker DVD (the latest Steven Seagull "blockbuster" - Albert Pyun directs(!!) and Tom Sizemore co-stars). About £24 inc postage for the lot. Anybody else used www.dddhouse.com?
