Can`t play some downloaded films

I have downloaded several versions of Terminator 3 but can`t get it to play. Any idea what software I need to play it. It says tmd (smf).avi on the download if that is any help.

Grokster has inserted a pop on my explorer bar - how do i get rid of it

Grokster has inserted a pop on my explorer bar. I can delete it by clicking on view, explorer bar and then clicking on "pop" but it comes up again when I reopen Internet Explorer - how do i get rid of it.

Also - Do you know how to get rid of all their pain in the arse pop ups?
