I had that happen once and what i found that did the job was to unplug it from the mains for a day then plug it back in and it should work.

Multi-Region DVDs on new Slimline PS2

I want to watch multi-region dvds on my new PS2 slimline console but i need advice on what packages i should get to enable me to do this.

Well the problem most likely is that your TV does not support a RGB signal so unless u change settings on your TV or Xbox to except the signal then u may have to settle for a S-Video link.
