Just to update - absorbing the bullets DOES have an effect - it builds up your power bar on the left hand side of the screen which enables you to unleash a strong attack (using X button if memory serves me right).

And for info - did you know that this game is only a 17mb nero file? I couldn`t believe it until I was shown proof.

Do a search in the bargain bin forum for details on getting DC games for £5 - originals, all boxed with manuals.

Dreamcast with controller & leads from cash converters normally goes for around £25 - 30.

I agree with all that you say Westy, but online companies really should get their act together in regards to customer service. It wouldn`t take much to send an email, or put something up on the site telling customers that a DVD will be delayed and unfortunatly by not doing this they`ll just lose custom and gain a bad reputation.

In contrast I emailed Play.com this morning to query the price on a pre-ordered item (the lush 64mb mp3 player!) and recieved an answer in under 2 hours.

Can you guess where I`ll be spending my money in future with these tow companies?

Oh, and as an update I finally got to speak to someone on the phone at futureent and was told to send them a signed letter stating that the DVD hasn`t arrived.

If this is the case then why not do a simple email to explain?

Its not good PR for a company when they ignore your emails. Left a bad impression on me, and I won`t be using them again.

I placed my first order with this lot on the 3rd September for Monsters Inc. seeing as people were saying that they were shipping early and 10 days later its still not here.

I`ve sent 3 emails which have all been unanswered and no one wants to pick up the phone either.

Jeebus` advice: Stay away from this shower of s***e and stick with companies like play and cd-wow who can actually get your order to you in a couple of days.

My first and last order with futureent.com - pathetic customer service.

Just to add, on the site the first 2 pages of gamecube games are all £25 but the third page shows some of the worst games to grace the GC still at their full price. Thats business sense for you.
