RE: VCD`s.....are they any good?

VCD`s are crap, pure and simple, DVD`s from Hong Kong the lowest priced (and there are plenty there) only cost me HK$48 = approx £4.80, not bad.

RE: customs

I`ve ordered many disks in my time from overseas, America, Hong Kong, Malaysia etc etc and I`ve ordered as many as ten disks at one time and never paid customs duty. No-one has ever asked for any kind of tax to be paid, they use recorded delivery and ordinary post... Yeah I can see the post man asking me for money, yeah right postie, see ya later.

RE: Hong Kong Legends-HLK-problem with DISKS

That choppy picture at the intro, I`ve had this myself but only when I watch my HKL on the Mac at work, but as you say the disks themselves are of a very high standard, yeah Mr Vampire, watched it at the weekend, quality movie, I have the hong kong disk.

Does anyone have a hack for LG so I can watch these films thru the video, so I can use my stereo for sound.

Thanx

RE: Hong Kong Legends-HLK-problem with DISKS

Thanks dude, it does act like it, but I could watch them ok on my pioneer 515 thru video without any problems, if anything comes to mind let me know via ouqpihsrats[at].ku.oc.oohay

I`ll try thru the TV in the meantime.

Hong Kong Legends-HLK-problem with DISKS

I`m having a problem with all my HLK disks, the playback on my LG 4210. the picture is shakey and the colour fades in and out.

I can play all my other disks, R0 R1 R3 R2 etc including Japanese and Hong Kong disks, they are all fine, so why is it only my Hong Kong Legends Disks, that won`t play properly?

Anyone know the answer or came across the same thing?

Thanks
