    Your Opinions and Comments

    7 / 10
A slow and almost eventless drama about life in a small Newfoundland fishing village.
Dench and Spacey give good performances and somehow manage to carry the movie through its 111 minutes.
The video transfer is very good. The colors are nicely saturated and the picture is compression-signs free.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is good. While the surrounds are hardly used, the sound envelope is quite satisfying for this kind of a drama.
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a commentary, a behind the scenes featurette and a picture gallery.
Bottom line - a harmless drama about life of an average Joe in a small fishing village. Nothing spectacular, but still - worth at least a single view.
