Well I enjoyed that immensely , seems the game conversion movies are just marvellous so far, The last of Us was quite rightly critically acclaimed , Twisted Metal not so much but was the series I had most fun watching and Fallout was terrific too, I wonder if the fact I never played any of the games helped, couldn't be let down. WWAW

Watched the first episode last night, great start! I played Fallout 3 many years back - other than going in Vaults etc and the big wasteland there were no specific things I can recall where playing them would have helped or made a difference to the TV series. That's probably my memory and I'm sure there are loads of references and Easter eggs etc. Besides all the Vault boy posters and cool Pipboy wrist things.

It's quite cheap on Steam at the moment so grabbed it the other day. But can't play it at the moment as my old joypad has got horrendous stickdrift so struggling with pretty much everything

Is it going to encourage people to play the games

Can't say it's going to persuade me but just two episodes in they seem to have done very little to make the film own it.
Feels very gamey.
