Page 1 of Creating DVD menu

I have a couple of AVI files which I have converted to DVD Vob files and would now like to put them onto a DVD to watch on my player. However, the convertor I used doesn`t offer menu support so does anyone know how I can create a menu (for free preferably) to just drop my exisitng DVD Vob files into and then be able to select which I want to play when I play it on the DVD player?
