£15 a month and you can rent as many dvds as you want. Plus a free dvd for joining, It seems like a good deal minimum membership is three months.

looks brill. if u buy 1 dvd a week from blockbuster, its gonna cost £12-15 anyway. This way you get delivered to your door, for as long as you want. and as many as you want. Plus a free dvd technically pays for 1 months membership anyway. i`ll give this a go once my money clears on monday.

Hi
I agree looks good.
But I have two problems with this
!.If you use your credit card and it is automatically rebilled it can be a real problem getting it cancelled if you want to stop after 3 months as you don`t have the same safeguards as with direct debit.
2.I have emailed them nearly 2 days ago now regarding wether you have to re authorise the next months payment after being billed or wether it is automatic ,because of the point above.Up to now have had no reply, which doesnt bode well considering I could be a new customer.

I too emailed them two days ago asking about wether i can have one month suspension of the subscription in case i go on holiday and they still havent replied. I hope they do not turn out disorganized as i really think their idea is v good.

O.k
Finally got a reply here it is...

Dear Roy,

When you join on-line your card will be debited for one month`s payment only and you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a reference number. This will be repeated each month automatically until you terminate your membership by contacting us and we will then inform the billing company (NETBANX). We use `NETBANX` for all of our on-line payments as they are one of the largest, best and most secure e-commerce payment systems. We do not have access or hold your credit card details on our records anywhere - we have a Netbanx reference number which is used when cancelling your membership. To be safe we recommend terminating membership at least 5 working days before the next payment goes through to give enough time for the system to process .

When you have joined on-line you can then choose your list of films and put them in order. Your first 3 films will then be sent out by registered post but after that films are sent by the normal first class postal system individually. Pre-paid return packaging is provided for each film.

Hope this is helpful !

Yours truly

Customer Services.

Update....I have joined as you can use your debit card for the monthly payments to be taken from your current account.
Not so much of a problem if cancelling goes wrong.
Let you know how it goes.

(hope it slows down my buying them now :-)

Dear vran, saw your posting on the forum and thought I should reply. Apologies for your missing e-mail response - we switched over our `dot com` e-mail server last week to the same one as our `dot co uk` (Easynet !) and they screwed things up for a couple of days. I`m afraid we never received your e-mail. Many apologies ! If you do decide to join we`ll throw in another free DVD for the inconvenience ! I`ll inform customer services to keep an eye open for your details but you will need to e-mail me at ecnerual[at]ku.oc.seivom-ni because your user name will need to be different.

Apologies again,

Laurence Penn
