Dear vran, saw your posting on the forum and thought I should reply. Apologies for your missing e-mail response - we switched over our `dot com` e-mail server last week to the same one as our `dot co uk` (Easynet !) and they screwed things up for a couple of days. I`m afraid we never received your e-mail. Many apologies ! If you do decide to join we`ll throw in another free DVD for the inconvenience ! I`ll inform customer services to keep an eye open for your details but you will need to e-mail me at ecnerual[at]ku.oc.seivom-ni because your user name will need to be different.
