Page 1 of DVDIMPORT and Jeepers Creepers

Just checked my account to see if this film has been sent yet and it has totally disappeared from their site and off my account. As I already paid for it when I ordered it, I have e-mailed them to ask about this. Has anyone else suffered the same problem?

They have always been a problematic retailer so dont touch them again. Do what u always advise, phone them.

Yep. I ordered Swordfish, went back a few days later to check how it was going and there was no bloody sign of it. Sent them an e-mail and got one back asking me to tell them what film I had ordered. Did that, still no sign on my account page so I thought sod it. Came about three weeks later and they`d billed me the day I`d ordered it the swines. Don`t think I`ll bother with them again then. Hmph.

i ordered Jurassic park 3 from them a week b4 xmas, had my doubts, but arrived 7 days later, so was ok, but since having read ya reports, might have to giv them a miss in future,

My apologies dvdimport. I have so many orders with them, and I was looking at the wrong order. Have just found jeepers creepers and it`s on it`s way. I keep getting the odd scare from these guys, but they always come through in the end, and they are so much cheaper than anyone else. This film is only £13.12!
