Page 1 of Tesco.com.............Sh*t

They are really cr*p. I ordered les visteurs and the grinch early on sunday. both should have shipped but havent. Ships in 24 hrs my a*se.
I keep on emailing them but they appear to be dead or are ignoring my queries.
If i ordered it from play, i would have gotten them by now. Its not as if they are flooded with orders
God their VAT free prices werent that cheap.

Join the club....... Ive been waiting over a week for my films.

And yet EzyDvd can ship their dvd movies from Oz and arrive in the UK in 3 days......... Tesco can shove there cheap films if thay cant get there act togeather!! !!! !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

Eventually got my films today - 2 weeks after ordering and only because I phoned customer services on Monday. The dvds were ready btu just sat there! Got an e-mail yesterday, ten days after my first enquiry, and all that asked was for more details. Poor!

Best price is not allways best value. If you were happy with Play or EZ stick with `em.

I got mine last Thursday after ordering last Sunday. No probs with the service just that they didn`t extend the VAT-free sale for the number of days the site was inaccesible for. After saying they had had that same enquiry from a number of unhappy customers I would of thought theey would of obliged.

Still they`ve got a load of Levi jeans to offload now at ful MSRP so Tesco probably cannot afford to sell anything else cheap anymore.

I ordered 2 items on Thursday after 11PM, they arrived on Saturday morning at 10:00. (Godfather Box Set and Mario Cart BTW) This was with one item supposedly out of stock !!

I knew you`ve had poor service but Tesco were the quickest yet for me.....
