Changing your details at DVDimport

How do you change your details at Dvdimport? I go into my account and it says "To change details click here". Except that you can`t click anywhere! Any ideas?
Furthermore, does anybody know how you can change your shipping address from your billing address??

The reason I ask is that they don`t seem to respond to any emails.

I understand, but you are not able to change anything yourself from the account including cancelling orders. You have to send them a message from the your account but they dont respond. I am concerned that this company is not going to fullfill the orders, I have 3 disks outstanding and I have written to them from the order on the account 3 times without any reply. I understand that they charge your credit card when you order.
I think the best way would be to call them to change your address and while your on the phone give them a good telling off. Hope you get sorted.

Will somebody please confirmthat they are still receiving DVD`s from dvdimport. A lot of complaints have been posted lately about numerous retailers, it`s not very comforting...

I received 3 on Friday, but am waiting on a couple and have pre-ordered about 20 more! They said they`d refund on ethat I ordered twice, but still haven`t done so. Worrying, especially as I`ve already paid for another 20 or so discs!

Ordered Rugrats in Paris (for the kids of course) for the bargain price of 12.99 USD incl. P&P. Arrived last Wednesday, 6 days later, and all looks fine. Will use them again providing all stacks out on the next credit card bill.

I`ve got Platoon on order outstanding for about a month. In stock when I ordered but still no sign. I notice they don`t take full details when you order i.e. Name of cardholder as on card. I wondered if this might cause a problem at the time, but there was no box for this info. What name do they use on statements as I haven`t noticed their`s on mine

DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. sure u have recieve one disc, Maybe that was to entice you into placing a second order, and then they charge you and dont ship the product. They are f*cking *rseholes. Dont touch them with a fifty foot pole. I am really p***ed off.

I agree completely with you. Do not use this retailer (or DVD Passion or DVD Warehouse, since they are the same). I ordered three DVDs from them and received only one. I had never any DVDs lost from the post and these are the only DVDs that I did not receive. Like dicanio above, I think they did not ship them and they are not liable to losses in the post so there is no way they are going to refund you for the DVDs. The only way I managed to contact them was by phone. I think they do not know that emails exist.

DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER.

I was able to phone them up and update my details. Although now I`m not sure I want to place an order.
Do other people have positive experiences with multiple dvd`s from this company?
