Page 1 of IOS 6.1

I would just have left this, but the unthethered jailbreak is expected at the weekend so i thought why not?. Now, when i upgraded to the i5, i knew my FM transmitter charger would be no good because of the new dock connector, so i bought a reasonably priced in-car charger with USB and this has suited me fine. Along come Apple with IOS 6.1 and now the ****ing lightening cable will only work with the official car accessory. This is infuriating. I made my peace with the fact they released the Ipad 4, 3 months after i bought the 3rd Gen version but now there are strong rumours of a 5th Ipad, Mini 2 and Iphone 5s/6/7 arriving between March and June. I don`t own a Mac or iMac but i imagine it would be worse for those who do, knowing that those ranges will be `refreshed` again soon too.

I love my Apple devices, but the company itself is destroying my soul.

They really are a bunch of ****in ****s with stuff like this.  The price they charge for lightning adaptors/cables deserves some form of investigation.
Sooo glad I`ve not got any Apple stuff.
They were always going to release a newer iPad2 reasonably early as it has such a low resolution compared to, say, even the Nexus 7 - but still some people pay £150 more for an Apple symbol. :/

Very easy to do Jailbreak too. I did my phone on Tuesday night but i haven`t had time to do anything with it yet, other than open cydia to make sure it works.

Has anyone else used the jailbreak yet?, are there any essential tweaks i should have?. I haven`t had a jb device for a while now.

The only reason I'd want to jailbreak either my phone or iPad was iMAME but Gridlee means I don't have to... yet!
