Page 1 of mp3 Cropping software

Hi Guys,

I`m looking for a free and easy mp3 cropping software to convert my music files into smaller ringtones for my mobile - any good suggestions?

Well itunes does it.
You just edit the tag of an MP3, set the start time and end time of the track, then right-click and convert to MP3/AAC.
It will then create a new file with just the part you selected.

IMHO the best, by far, mp3 cropping software (freeware) is mptrim. Search in google and download. Specify times and voila - a ringtone is ready. Just effing brilliant - and much better than itunes (which I find a pain in the wrong place at the best of times).

Each to their own, since I think its a great app.
And also - quite a few people probably already have it, so if they do it might be worth using something they have already rather than downloading something else.

Anyway, there`s tons of free software - and plenty for everyone!
