Page 1 of Help - cant open .lwp file

(apologies if this is the wrong forum)

My dad has new pc and is trying to open some .lwp files (lotus word pro?), but the pc does not have lotus installed. I have tried opening it with word, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas? Help would be much appreciated

If you don`t have wordpro to install, get hold of a program called "quick view plus"

This can be got as a trial version, although i`m not sure what the limitations are.
I thought it was possible for windows office to convert these documents with its own viewer software, or maybe its the other way round, office docs to wordpro docs.

Where can i get the trial version? I have clicked on the link and all that I am offered is a full priced version. I tried going to cnet / download.com but no joy there either.

PS office can be taken translated to lotus (if only it were the other way round!)
