My sister paid £149.99 for a dvd player however it doesnt play all the films she bought for it. and they wont replace it.how dare they if it dont play all region 2 movies i want it exchanged.no excuses.there was no mention that it wouldnt play all discs and you shouldnt need a top of the range player to play region 2 movies.no filthy rich people you really shouldnt have to they should play on all region 2 players

I had the same problem but after a few minutes arguing they soon exchanged my player for the phillips dvd 711 which has caused me no problems. Just dont take no for an answer because they are bastards they watched about 10 seconds of film and then tried to tell me my payer was fine
