Page 1 of Toshiba RD-XS30 and D-R1 DVD Recorders

Does anyone know of a reputable supplier of multiregion versions of the above DVD Recorders. Have found a couple that can provide the machine but not chipped. All help gratefully received!

I have a Toshiba RD-XS30

Its a great machine with the exception of 1 scart in etc

and the R2 encoding so i`m also looking for a region hack when i contacted Toshiba explaining that i owned a lot of R1 and R3 dvd`s living in various places and travelling alot they stated that it they could not supply any method for changing the region and any firmware upgrade to do so would result in the guarentee becoming void.

Its a free country so why are we being dictated too?
