Page 1 of Scan SC2000 and DTS

If I select Dts when the audio signal is set to Bitstream I get broken sound, but if I select pcm everything seems fine.

The only problem is 5.1 dolby is not available when pcm is selected : (

Is this right or is something a miss ?

Also I am getting quite a lot of disc skipping when playing certain titles, the discs are prefectly clean straight out of the box from new.

Is this a problem with this model ?

I had the DTS problem with my machine, which came with
firmware v187. When I upgraded it to v204s, the problem
went away.

No probs with skipping though.

I bought an Amp just last week.
When I first tried to play DTS I had the same problem of broken sound.
I played around with the Amp (don`t ask what, I don`t know) and now it works perfectly (with bitstream).

firmware is 192 I think
