The 750s has vanished from Tesco`s web site.

Does this mean that they have stopped selling it - and left us all in the lurch?

Yeah, my local (South Birmingham) Tesco no longer has any Wharfedale stuff....lots of Misimo (or something like that) branded DVD players and TV`s but not a Wharfedale in sight.....

I think they`ve baled out after all the hassle with Toy Story, etc, and the adverse (and unfair) criticism they got off the Ginger Crusader on Watchdog.

Can`t really blame them, tho`, can you ?

Mind you this replacement (Mizumo ? Miami ? does anyone know the name ?) might be another hellish nightmare for them !

The player in question is a Minato G1 - I can find no record anywhere on the net of this player, other that Minato is another Japanese Electronics Company.

I originally had a 750. But took it back to Tesco`s and then ordered a 750s on line at their site.

I was cracking to a bloke in know at the tesco extra shop and he said that they would not be getting Anymore Warfdale DVD players of any kind in ever again like. (He’s a Geordie you see like)

I still bought a 750s from the site, and it`s a great machine. Hollow man, RCE no problem.........
