Scan 2500, YELO 800 or Kiiro 838??

I am looking to buy a dvd player which is multi regional and plays vcds as well. I think the Scan 2500, YELO 800 and Kiiro 838 look like some of the best budget players but which out of the three should i pick?

Have any of u got one of these players are they any good?? will they all play RCE disks?

The review points out that it plays RCE fine.

I can`t comment on the YELO or Kiiro though.
