Page 1 of Hack for Philips 701DVD player ?

Hi and before you say anything I know this has already been answered, I was just wanting to know one thing ?

I don`t have a all4-one remote but want to change my player to multi region, so after seeing Fiona and iJames e-mails I was still a little confussed as they both own said remote. But I did notice on Fiona`s e-mail that she had tried to use the Philips remote by pressing play then 159 doe`s this act as the RC5/6 (Whatever) code that you programme into the all4-one remote.

So my question is (if I get to the point) do I have to get the all4-one or will the remote I have work ???????

no ,you need one 4 all with DVD function, or PALM
