Hi Spooky Tooth

I have the files burned on CD, but before i go ahead and try it
i would like to know if you yourself have tried it out on your Sanyo 1500 and found it to be a success.

Jase.

Does anybody know if this hack will work with the Sanyo 5100 model.

If not do you know of one.

Thanks.

The Sanyo 5100 - i recall - has a REMOTE hack instead.

Something like:
Program, right cursor, right cursor, enter, play
?

I believe the initial suggested hack for the Sanyo 1500 months ago was in fact the hack for the 5100.

Note: The Sanyo 1500 software hack may well work on the Fisher S1500 DVD - USA model. They are identical units, both made by Sanyo. Try at your own risk though. No promises.

Do you remember a company called Sanyo/Fisher? This may answer your question.

Check the setup menu after you have flashed the unit,as this will have been reset to the default setup.
