Is there another way to generate infra-red code RC6 to perform Philips DVD multi-region hack?

I live in Russia and have Philips DVD player.
I do not own OneForAll remote, Palm Pilot, or Philips pronto.
Is there another way to generate infra-red code RC6 (aka Codeset 4, Key 235.
OneForAll remote brand is not available on Russian market.
Is it possible to use another brand of universal remotes for this purpose.
Or give me link of internet shops carry OneForAll remote brand.
