Hi. Ive been buying alot of items lately of ebay with postage, but ive just brought a pushchair and its collection only. I know i can pay on collection but how do you stop it saying you need to pay for 1 item on ebay?

Don`t think you can - when the seller leaves feedback after you`ve collected it then that message should go.

In your MyEbay, for the item itself, near where there is a pay link, I`m sure there is an arrow that pops up a drop down menu that you can click on "Mark as Payed"
