If it`s really art, then he should pay the price for it. Pay for fixing every car and then a nice prison sentence.

Well, the artistic merit of graffiti is frequently justified by pompous toffs with spurious, condescending and slightly racist arguments about cultural identity, so it`s hardly surprising that other types of vandal want their `work` recognised.

My favourite "Is it art?" story was about a group of students from Hull (or somewhere) who got donations or a grant for their final project... and then claimed to have f***ed off to Spain and displayed holiday snaps of themselves. Turns out the pics were taken at Cleethorpes (or somewhere) and the whole thing, the reactions, the interviews on Look North, etc, were all part of the project, and they returned the money. :D:D:D

But this guy is a tosser and ought to be punished as harshly as he can be.

Personally speaking if the damage was done to my car the reply would be quite simple .
Get a baseball bat and a camera.
I smack the scheitte out of his car/front door/widows and get my son to take pictures of me doing the nasty.
Sauce for the goose etc.

The problem nowadays is ugly stick battered sphincters like that f***in hideous mushroom munchin` troll Tracy Emin queen of the chavs are labeled "Artists" for exhibitng an unmade bed.
