Funny prescription story:

My friend went to the doctors about an irritated scalp. She was prescribed a special shampoo that was only available on prescription. A tiny little 75ml bottle. She forked over the £6+ from the health centre pharmacy.

She then found out Boots sold the same shampoo in 300ml bottles, at half the price of a prescription.

What`s up with that, doc?

Trips to the video store for a quiet night in can be fun. But remember;

* Pick something everyone will like.

* Don`t be afraid to ask for assistance

* DO NOT peer through Mr T`s WINDOW on the WAY home, and LAUGH at him watching BRING IT ON alone with his trousers UNDONE!

It`s cheaper to buy Aspirin that way too.

Nearly the same thing happened to me. I was prescribed a shampoo called "Selsun" and took my prescription to the chemist. He looked at the prescription and pointed to where I could pick up an identical "off the shelf" version of the shampoo for £2 less than prescription cost. At least he came clean about it! :D

("Came clean"!! Geddit???!!!)

I`ll get me coat.

That`s where a good chemist helps, the prescription charge is standard regardless of the product cost. Do you remember last year some welsh chemist was in trouble for telling people when to buy off the shelf.

Ok, I admit it, I have a Philips DVDR70 (dons hard hat and jumps in bunker ready for incoming verbal abuse!)

Don`t know where you got 40p from, BBC news says 10p :/

Don`t think of yourself as an ugly person. Think of yourself as a beautiful monkey!
