Page 1 of Do you collect anything?

Apart from DVDs that is. ;)

I received a letter today from the storage company asking me to renew my contract for storage of - wait for it - trainers! :o I completely forgot that I had put them in there! So I decided to count once and for all how many pairs I have (not including the ones in storage), these are strewn all over the place from the attic, bedroom, sitting room etc but all in boxes with polaroids on the boxes so I know which ones are which (talk about psycho!!) and I was shocked to say the least. I won`t say how many I have but I think I need to stop collecting them. It`s not that I don`t wear them, I suppose I`m the opposite of most women in that they buy shoes - I buy trainers LOL :p At least I`m easy to buy for birthdays/Christmas LOL :D

Anybody else have any strange collections??

I have all albums on CD & Vinyl (+2 DVD-As), loads of shaped/coloured/limited edition 7"s & 12"s, Videos, DVDs, books (including a very expensive signed book that Sade bought me last Christmas), box sets, miniature Roger Taylor drum kit & Brian May Red Special, etc....The list just go on & on...

Oh, and we have a rather nifty collection of musical instruments, including a Nordic Lap Harp & something that many of the country`s leading ethnomusicologists can`t identify (best guesses at the moment are either a rebab or a tar).

I collect fridge magnets from everywhere I have to go for work.. There is a warning on the kitchen door alerting people with piercings to this fact.
also because i go to so many trade shows I collect pens...

honest, my life is more complete then it sounds..
