How much can you afford? We have two excellent DeLonghi PAC 36 units that have a separate heat exchanger that you place outside and that automatically pumps the water out. Brilliant but at over a grand each not for the faint hearted.

Not that much.

It`s to keep the dem rooms cool so a small one should do it.
