I think it's an A5 magazine, I've pre-ordered anyway because it's by the same people who produced the recent Crash magazine annual (and the upcoming Zzap64 annual) and various retro books.

I don't know why I never got into Retro Gamer magazine, I think it was maybe I felt the focus was on NES/SNES a bit too much and didn't go far back regularly enough.
