I have to recommend www.movietyme.com

They are already well known for DVDs and now they are stocking US PSP Vaule Packs and US PSP Games at very low prices (i.e. US Value Pack + Wipeout Pure £182.99) which includes delievery and seeing as they post from inside the UK you wont have any customs charges.

I am not sure where Movietyme are based but they ship all orders to somwhere inside the UK first and then re-post on to you, that way if there are any customs charges they sort them out when they get the package so the price you see is the price you pay.

Sadly though it looks like they have sold out of PSP Value Packs as they have been removed from their website, they did mention they only had a limited supply so I guess at £159.99 delievered they sold very quickly.
