Page 1 of Carter`s car park coming down!

Bit short notice but I`ve only just heard about it.

I heard about this almost 2 years ago i think. When i read your post i thought eh? didn`t that come down last year:D

It`s been on the cards for some time in spite of there being a lot of support from both film buffs and architecture junkies. Honestly, it`s a butt-ugly structure, the concrete`s dodgy at best and it`s a blight on the Gateshead skyline. Better to see the back of it and the movie be the only remembrance of it.
