The 2-disc version is Out of Print and is VERY hard to get, if you have at least £80 burning a hole in your pocket you can go over to ebay and buy one. It would be easier to buy the single disc thetrical version and the Director`s Cut (also OOP, but can be got for cheaper) and you will have the same set.

The Director`s cut is set for a re-release VERY soon (this/next month?). Although it`s billed as "The official bootleg version", it`s basically a re-packaging of the 2nd disc from the double-disc set.

So I`d advise you buy the THX certified release (exactly the same as disc 1) and then buy the bootleg DC when it comes out (imminently). You could easily get those two for a total of £30 and avoid trawling through ebay and any unnecessary expense. The 2-discer is only £80ish because it`s OOP and a real rarity, the content is absolutely identical to the separate issues I just mentioned.

Anchor-Bay may eventually release a double-disc set for the R2 market and the value of the existing NTSC editions would fall dramatically as a result (so don`t waste your money!).

I`ve just checked with Play247.com and they have the "Bootleg Director`s cut" down for the 23rd of this month(!). It`s only £14.99 from them and that`s an absolute steal compared to the (OOP) alternatives.
