Return of the Pink Panther R2 - 4:3 transfer from a damaged master print, photo gallery for extras.
To be honest, anything by Universal UK or VCI tends to be poorly mastered, light on extras and generally crap.

The BBC Blackadder DVDs, especially Blackadder 3. Very disappointing picture quality, and *cut* as well! A great series spoiled by a crap DVD - makes me glad I bought the laserdisc versions when I had the chance.
