snatch widescreen what happend

just bought snatch R2 popped it in my player and found out it is full screen.anyone else had this problem.

Yes, I`ve had this problem. And it does say Widescreen on the box.
Haven`t had time to go through all of the menu`s yet, is there a screen setup option that we`ve missed?

I had the same problem but it turned out all I had my set-up of the actual player to pan scan and not wide screen. That seemed to sort it out, has anyone had problems with the stealing stones thing, they don`t seem to appear for the whole film, my player`s a Lecson if that helps.

Its in 1:1.85 ratio for widescreen TVs.

No problems here, although I didn`t check on the stealing stones extra.

yes i think it is.should that make a difference though usually you get black bars top and bottom.

No, you have to adjust the settings on your actual DVD player, not the disc. There should be a setup button on your remote.
